Me! -MiKenzie- I made this avatar to represent myself! I have been taking coding for 2 years now, and I love it and it’s a great skill to learn! Anyone reading this (girl or boy) should consider coding!!

First off, a short bit about me.

I am 12 1/2, and I have been coding for about 2 years now. When I first started coding, I was definitely confused, but now that I understand a bit more….. IT’S SOOOOOOO FUNNNNN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Okay, now onto the fun stuff! My project!

Why I Chose Red Pandas

To be 100% honest, I wanted to do Manatees at first ( for my mom), but I couldn’t find compatible software with manatee characters….. HOWEVER! Now that I’m doing Red Pandas, I am so in love with them! They’re so cute, and innocent! I would get one as a pet, however they are endangered and thus super rare.

What I Learned From This Project

I learned that one of the main reasons for Red Pandas becoming endangered is being hunters mistake them for other animals and try to harm them. That tells me, that humans have to be more careful! It’s not okay to kill animals on mistake, and that’s something that needs to be changed.

The Hardest Part Of My Project

The hardest part of my project?

I would say remembering what I named each screen, button, label, and even picture. I no doubt had at least 50 different specific names for everything! Maybe even 60-70. Also, I had to remember what each of them referred to in able to make the different buttons connect and also for the whole quiz run smoothly.
